Chiropractic Care During Pregnancy
Support for your changing body
Pregnancy brings incredible changes to your body. As your baby grows, changes in posture, weight distribution, and joint mobility can place additional stress on your muscles and joints.
At ChiroCare of Panama City, we provide gentle, individualized chiropractic care for expecting moms. Your care is tailored to your body, stage of pregnancy, comfort, and individual needs.
Common Reasons Expecting Moms Visit Us
Care that adapts as your body changes
Pregnancy can change the way your body moves and feels. Expecting moms may seek chiropractic care for low back discomfort, pelvic or hip discomfort, SI joint pain, postural changes, and muscle tension.
You do not have to be in pain to schedule an appointment. Some moms simply want additional support for their bodies as they change throughout pregnancy.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Personalized care starts with getting to know you
Your first appointment beigns with a conversation about your pregnancy, health history, current concerns, and goals for care. We'll perform an appropriate examination and determine whether chiropractic care is a good fit for you.
If chiropractic care is appropriate, we'll explain our recommmendations, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable before beginning care.
